Admiral Refrigeration
Santa Clarita, California

Admiral Refrigeration designs and manufacturers commercial rack refrigeration systems from dual packs to parallel systems and glycol systems. They offer standard solutions as well as customization as the norm.

Admiral Refrigeration offer an impressive list of clients, design-build dealers, and  foodservice consultants who specify them for all the right reasons. They are moving from the West to the East.

Admiral Refrigeration is sought after because they prequalify like no other, then design and engineer every single refrigeration rack detail properly. This creates a much better refrigeration system.

Admiral Refrigeration does all their own R&D and design, including their own metal work. They handle installations with their own teams.

Maintenace and Service is exceptional, like no other. At the factory, Admiral Refrigeration inspect and test every component in the system for optimum efficiency and performance before shipping. Not all refrigeration rack manufacturers do that.

That level of craftsmanship and attention to detail combined with their depth of experience is what sets all their refrigeration systems apart from the rest.

Admiral Refrigeration plan ahead wisely. Their racks are designed and constructed to allow a field technician outstanding access in the initial assembly and installation, then during normal ongoing field maintenance.

This is a critical feature built into every Admiral Refrigeration system so that if problems ever do occur, they can be addressed quickly and cost-effectively without down time.

Markee and Associates will work with you every step of the way with Admiral Refrigeration.

LVO Manufacturing
Rock Rapids
Iowa

LVO Manufacturing has an iconic history, typical of many great independent manufacturers across America who helped build the “Mass Feeding Industry.” Simply put, LVO produces the highest-quality pot, rack, pan, mixing bowl washers, bakery sheeters, cutters, molders, and production tables. Everything is “Made In America” and of the highest quality.

Not all industrial washers are created equal, and LVO Manufacturing stands at the head of the class in workmanship, quality, and standard features. Their specialized bakery equipment was designed by a real baker, not an R&D department of a large conglomerate. LVO Manufacturing is highly differentiated with superior attributes and features built-in that are generally optional with most of its competitors.

Built to last 20-25 years, LVO washers are constructed of heavy-duty 12 and 14 gauge 304 stainless steel. They offer electric, gas, or steam heat and feature larger, more powerful pumps that deliver higher water pressure and capacity than any competitor. Baked-on proteins are stripped off pans. LVO customers won’t purchase from another manufacturer—no way.

It all started in the late ’70s when founder Lambert Van Olst, a local baker, believed from his personal experience with the drudgery of washing pans, pots, racks, and bowls that there had to be a better way. With the help of an industrial engineer, Lambert perfected a commercial washer design capable of washing 140-quart bowls, 18″ x 26″ baking sheet pans, and the always difficult-to-clean bread pans. He built the machine and used it in his own bakery with amazing results. In 1980, based on that success, Lambert founded LVO Manufacturing with the simple goal of building well-constructed, affordable washers.
